Scope

Includes the design and construction of a new building on the Pinewood Studios property. Provided Construction Management services to assist in the design process, then manage the construction.

Solution

This is a purpose built space that can be used for workshops and effects stages. THL completed all aspects of Construction Management for this assignment. The building was constructed while other buildings were still filming, which was a major challenge.
